I ordered the age repair serum on Feb. 1. I read the Terms & Conditions, and knew I had to cancel by Feb. 16 if I didn't want to continue getting product.
I broke out with hives shortly after using the product, so contacted via email on the 16th & a follow-up phone call on or about the 17th., to cancel any further shipments.
I was told by a very rude CS employee, Tamica, that they wouldn't refund the charge from my credit card because I didn't cancel on time.
I would like the $98.14 removed from my account, and I will
gladly return the unused portion, just send me a return #.
Thank you for your attention in this matter.
