I placed order via internet on 28 November 2013.I received no product and phoned them on 7 February 2014 for a refund. I spoke to John(agent 033).
He assured me he will investigate and that I must phone back in a week. I asked him if I should ask for him. He told me that any agent can help because all detail will be on the system.
On 13 February 2014 I phoned and spoke to Kim(agent 07). Again I had to repeat the whole story. She told me that it will be sent through for authorization and a email will be sent to confirm the refund.
I received no email and phoned again on 24 February 2014 to Amy(agent 140). She could at first no find any detail on their system. Finally she found it and again I was told that a email will be sent as confirmation of the refund.
To date 9th of March 2014 I received no refund or email.
