Ordered "Smart Berry Slim" for a 14 day trial. Sent the unused portion back to them (in Wilmington) after 13 days from MY RECEIPT of the product. They sent it back to me without even opening the package. I contacted them via e-mail and was told 1) the 14 day trial starts when you ORDER which was about 5 days before I got the product and 2) I sent the product to the wrong place and w/o a RMA#...after weeks of back and forth e-mails (I refuse to speak to these losers, I received a second order!! Finally I got an RMA# for both bottles and a refund on the second one. I was told the refund on the 'unused' portion would be issued 5 working days after it was received by them. That happened on 2/11/2014 per the package tracking. That package also contained the second bottle too. As of today, still no refun on the first and they did not acknowledge a BBB complaint nor return my e-mails anymore.
