This company phoned me on 02/28/2014, at 8AM, claiming they were representatives of Microsoft Windows. The lady namely Michelle said that my computer was loaded with very dangerous errors and that Windows are worried about my hard drive and in order for them to clear those problems, I had to pay a 2 years service for $89! As I was on my way out to work, I agreed and fell for their scam. On that day, they did some funny computer trick to show me all errors, including the Registry keys. Then they placed on my desktop two programs titled "Scan your Registry" and "Winutilities" which both programs turned out to be non-functional without payments to their rightful corporations which was not the etechpro.net. When I called them back to tell them about their programs, they removed them and placed another ancient program titled Malwarebites. Only in the meantime, they messed-up my whole computer. The C Drive was loaded with information that was previously spread between two accounts as in this of my husband's and mine. Once they tried to repair the whole computer and copy back our documents to their respective folders, they managed to delete over 200 pictures of our family, past and present. For 6 days, those people played-me up, unnerved me, and finally deleted my pictures folders while they were passing me from one man to another! Not one of them admitted his errors! I requested a refund of my $89 which Chase bank said they will. Not sure whether the scamming etechpro.net will approve of this refund or not but i am warning you all! Those people do NOT know what computers are and their services are just phony and unprofessional! Should they refuse to refund me, that will make them thieves too!
THANK YOU
