The company told me I would get a refund after I realized they did not fix my computer but actually made it worse. They infected it with a virus and then said it would cost me twice as much to fix the virus.
They swore at me and hung up. They claimed they were in New York and were from Micosoft Windows and mytion computer required immediate attention or it would crash.
