I placed an order for a pair of boots on February 17, 2014 on http://www.oershang.com/
I paid via PayPal and my money was deducted from my account immediately.
I have not received my merchanise and my attempts to contact them via the "Contact Us" link on their website have been ignored. The order shows as "Processing" since day 1 with no update and no notice of expected delivery date.
At this point I want a refund of my $33.00.
I have also submitted a claim through PayPal. I noticed there was a similar complaint on this website for the same company.
