I ordered the 'free sample' from this company on 14th January, which cost me £4.95 p&p - unfortunately for me I didn't read the small print and £95 was taken from my account on 3rd February. I have contacted the company asking them to cancel this (they informed me that they have now done so) I also demanded that they remove all my bank details from their system (they also assured me they have done this). I have asked them for a refund of £95 but they are refusing, saying that it clearly states if I have not contacted them within 14 days of the order being received by them then they will take the full amount for the product from my account - which they did.........this is a total scam, how many of us actually read the small print (I certainly will be from now on)!
