Free products arrived promptly but it was unclear that payment would be taken from my card in 14 days as the trial is for 14 days. I accept that is my fault for not reading the T's & C's but when I try to cancel future payment I am unable to reach them on the phone and my email has not been answered. The phone goes on hold for 4.17 mins then tells you to call back. This was over a week ago as with the email so I have now had to cancel my card at the bank to stop future payments.
