This scam company is STILL operating???

They just got me too, last Oct.Nov. & Dec. 2015.

I just found other old complaints from 2013!

HOW, are they still free, allowed to blatantly screw the public, & not in jail?

This company's advertising is very DECEPTIVE, & misleading. But it's working for them. They act pretty confident that they are covered legally, as they help themselves to our money.

I found the only way to stop the continued theft, is to cancel your credit or debit card. they dream up different amounts to charge also, whatever they feel like charging that day!

I had my bank reverse the charges, (I sent a email to this corrupt company & informed them I was gonna do just that.)

It's a really long story, but suffice it to say, "GOOD LUCK" getting ANY of your hard earned money back from these criminals!

My complaint went thru my bank, VISA, & on to this Equinox company. I was re credited all charges to my card, BUT, was warned by my bank, "that it MAY be reversed & charged back to my card, "IF" the scamming company replies back & disputes, my
complaint.

I wasn't worried they would, because this has happened to me before. And the bogus scammers, USUALLY, don't reply for fear of discovery. They
just shut up & go away!

Today I found out:

This arrogant, corrupt company DID NOT GO AWAY!

TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

I have never heard of any company trying this, much less, getting away with it.

My bank will not take the loss, so I was re charged on my credit card, ( my Visa's thru them).

The bank said, "it's up to me to look for other ways to get my money back," they suggested dealing with the company direct.

WHAT?????? I did that FIRST!
No help. That's why I requested the charge back. DUH!!
Guess my bank has no interest in my plight, as long as they get their money, plus a $35.00 charge.

In my opinion, THE BANKS ARE JUST AS BAD!!

When I called customer service at Exuinox.
The guy spoke broken English with a heavy accent.
I could barely make out what he said. But basically, he told me that I'm screwed. NO REFUND will be coming, so, "DO NOT bother sending back their
product.

I also got the message that:

I should be satisfied, they canceled the auto ship account.

I should shut up, take the $440.00 loss, & forget about it.

I bet, others before me have threw up their hands in frustration, and did just that!

This is how they operate.

I saw a class action lawsuit was started awhile back.
But for some reason it was withdrawn, later.


I gotta wonder why!!

If anyone wants to sue, I'm all for it!

Lets GET these bastards!

It's obvious the authorities won't do squat,

anyone for a class action???
