We just had internet service reinstalled after 3 1/2 years of trying to do without. WIth our soon-to-be outdated Windows XP, our system was running very slowly. Time Warner Cable said that we needed to update our browser and so on. I purchased PC Helper 360 because I thought it was the best remedy for our operating system. Things are still slow. The worst part was trying to call to activate the software per the company's instructions. After two long sessions on hold and after being asked by a recording to leave messages, I was fed up. I emailed the company and the reply was that I would be contacted in maybe 48 hours. The phone number that I called to supposedly activate the software, 1-800-983-5013, is also their emergency PC support number. Some emergency tech help! I intend to dispute the charge on my credit card as soon as it is possible.
