went on internet to find a fix for MSVCR80.dII - found a site that said to follow these simple directions to fix problem. Next thing I know, PC HELPER 360 appears and wants $39.95 to fix the problem. Paid it,then get an e-mail that I need to contact Safecart to activate the program. The nice lady named Alexandra tells me that PC Helper 360 will not fix the problem, but for a one time fee of $150 they can fix the problem right away. (bait and switch came to my mind), but I paid the money because I thought they could fix it. The next thing I know my computer will not access the internet and basically could not use for 12 hours. Not internet, e-mails, etc. I reported the situation to my credit card company and they froze the account. Be sure you really understand what these people are doing before you let them mess up your computer.
