This company took money from my account without my consent. After being told I would have a refund in 7 days it then changed to 30, it has now been over 30 and I am being fobbed off with the same line as everyone else (refund is with a manager you'll receive it on Friday). Has anyone ever actually received their refund from this company? It is disgusting the staff are so rude on the phone, emails are not replied what can I do?
