Bought Duct Cleaning deal through Living Social and it took about 8 months to even get an a technician scheduled to come out. Work was performed and technician indicated that the vents in our basement showed signs of mold and for an additional $600 he could give our system a total all air sanitizer to clean up the problem. Told him no and said he was able to get charges down to $400. Agreed to do that due to the mold problem in the basement. When he finished he asked could I give him $20.00 of it in cash. I said yes but you need to take $20.00 off the invoice and make the total $380. HE did and made a note that I paid $20.00 cash. When I get my charge statement they charged me the total $400.00. Called and asked to speak to a supervisor. Spoke with a Eric Vieu and informed him of what happened. He asked me to send him a copy of the receipt which I did. Hadn't heard from him in about a month so I sent follow up email. I finally recieved a check for the $20.00 reiumbursement. Deposited it in my banks and it was returned with additional bank return fees of $12.00. Sent this Eric Vieu several e-mails with no response. Called the 800 number on my receipt and a recording said they can no longer perform any services.
