My grandmother went on groupon and purchased this package for 69.00 which this description was listed: Air duct cleaning for up to 12 supply vents, one return vent, one main line, one dryer vent, and system analysis.

She was then told that this type of cleaning was never done in the house before and that additional cleaning and sanitizing needed to be done. He charged her an additional 998.00 to gain access to the system, addtional cleaning of the mains/openings and said that an UV light air purifier would help with my allergies. My grandmother has since passed away and I am just finding out about this from going thru her things. She was diagnosed with dementia and I feel that she was taken advantage of by this company and the employee that came to do this service. I signed the paperwork, because she said that this needed to be done and how bad the technician said the vents were. I trusted both the company and the technician that this was something that needed to be done. I was wrong.

He gave my his name and phone number along with his supervisor to call in 2 years time, to have them come back because we bought the UV light purifier and they would come back to do a free systems check. I called them today and both the company phone numbers I have and the web site are not working.
