The service technician didn't replace the condensation drainage pipe back into the drain. All condensation from the AC/heater then ran onto the subfloor in the 2nd floor utility closet and through the ceiling on the first floor. Substantial damage requiring extensive repairs. I've also not been able to contact the company regarding the damages. I called several times with hold times of 15 minutes only to transfer to an answering machine. I've also emailed. This company is also working under the name Fresh Air, LLC in Denver. The technician was "Daniel N"

The company has requested additional information today and has told me they will forward the complaint to management and determine next steps.

- I have not heard from management yet. Apparently Denise and Eric are higher "management" people shoe should be contacting me, but to date I have heard nothing. This company is not reputable and has horrible customer service. They seem to believe that ignoring a problem will make it go away. Meanwhile, my home still is damaged and I am very unhappy. What happened to the days when people and companies took responsibility for their actions?
