My husbands checking account was debited $87.00 this morning by a company Savings makes money, I called them and they told me that I authorized them to take $87.00 out of the account, that I signed up for it. I never signed up for there services, which iss for coupons,I did try to take a loan out online but never signed up for that.
What they did was they duducted $87.00 out of my husbands checking account, they wrote a check out to themselfs for $87.00 from my husbands account with my name and address on the top of the check as though it was my account,my name isn't even on that account. How did they get this information.
When I called them they wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor or the frud dept. They sais they canceled the membership, but I would have to fill out some forms and send them the bank statement showing the dudction so they could make a decion wether I would get my money back. I don't want to send them that info. I really need to do something about this
