I ordered vitamin supplement on 12/9/2013 and paid by debit card. On 12/9/2013 I received email confirming my order. On 12/10/2013 I received another email confirming receipt of payment. On 1/3/2014 I received an email telling that my order has been cancelled. I have not received any refund nor have I received any response to my emails asking why the order was cancelled.
As I googled the 'return address' listed on their website, that turns out to be a condo unit. Please spread the word.
