I placed an order on 12/19/2013 and as of 01/07/2014 this DVD still has not arrived, so I called UPS and the Post office and neither of them have a tracking number such as they provided. I called their 888 210 9739 and got their voice mail and I have sent 3-4 emails and I still have not heard back from this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR GOOD MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY
