I ordered the Canon SX50 Power Shot on line last night with the deluxe package which listed a dozen items including battery pack, power adapter,etc... I got a confirmation of the order within a minute via e-mail. I then got an e-mail 7 minutes later stating I needed to call for security reasons before they could ship. Business hours start at 10am, so waited till this morning when I called shortly after ten. I was on hold for about 5 minutes before, "John" picked up. He asked for my credit card security code and verified my last name, then said I was already to ship and asked if I wanted a battery to go with the camera since it did not come with one. I told him I have saved a screen shot of what was advertised and what I ordered and it shows a battery coming with it. He said no that is not correct, that I ordered an overseas model that does not come with it. I told him I ordered the extra deluxe package and it comes with it he said no it does not but I can buy one. I asked him how I can cancel my order if this is the case and he told me can do that and hung up the phone on me. I am not sure if my order is cancelled or not, but I am putting a hold on my credit card. I recommend that this company be avoided.
