I ordered a DVD from Silver Age Film's website on 12/24/13. It wasn't until January 2nd that I was notified it was shipped. The last few days I've been calling their 800 number, and all I get is a voice mail with instructions to send an e-mail with any complaints. There has been no response from them despite several e-mails, and there is no other way to contact them.
Update: 01/17/2014
I was sent an e-mail 3 days ago and told a replacement DVD would be shipped. I will alert you if I receive. Thank you.
