I subscribed for this service in January 2012 for 1 year. They renewed my subscription in January 2013 and charged my credit card again without my permission. I did not bother at that time because the channels were still accessible. Since July 2013, the service is totally offline and get "page not found" error on the website. No customer service numbers are accessible.

- Exactly the same issue. I have changed my credit card since then.
