I gave an annual subscription but a month later cancelled it. According to their cancellation policy I was due a refund of $58. Repeated requests for the refund got the standard reply of "Please be patient. We are working on it" until I gave up on it and reported to the credit card company to which I charged the amount.
I personally think the company is defunct.
