Was looking for a product I could use to whiten my teeth. After seeing all possible side effects products could cause, product was shipped back immediately. Thought product was at their warehouse until I received my bill which stated I owed 103.13. Spoke to many different employees, and some stated it wasn't in the warehouse, therefore no refund could be issued. Finally, I called a third time and a lady confirmed that it was there, but no refund could be given because I am past the thirty day trial offer. Now I am stuck paying for a product I didn't even use. What a rip off!
