Customer service was quick to make the sale, but unresponsive to complaints. They bill you ahead of time and do NOT deliver on their satisfaction guarantee. The people Cleanify sent were ill supplied, under skilled and completely apathetic regarding the quality of their service. I asked them to call 15 minutes ahead of arrival so I could arrange entry and I asked them to call me when they left. They did neither. Judging from the thoroughly underwhelming quality of work I doubt very much they were there for the length of time I was billed for. Walls were spot cleaned with dirty water, surfaces were left uncleaned and toilets were left unflushed. This is the lowest common denominator of cleaning services.
