Initial free trial was sent on 11/24, which I received after Thanksgiving on 11/30. An order was shipped on 12/12 and my credit card was charged $49.90. I contacted the company that I want to return for refund since the bottle was untouched and still in factory seal, they told me no return accepted. I said I want to dispute the charges with credit card company, they threatened to file criminal charges against me because I am trying to get the money back that doesn't belong to me any more. They called me a liar, accused me for threatening them by disputing the charges. They must be very desperate to get business, because seem like the only way they can sell is to force you to take the product by stealing it from your credit card. Beware, don't trust the free trial. The worst company I have ever deal with, they operate like a gangster.
