Do not remember signing up for a sample., but have charge of $4.95. 11/04/13. Skin Repair.
Have a full jar sealed, of something called RVTL and a charge of $93.00 on 11/18/13. I was very involved with personal issues at that time and was not aware of the charge. I did not open the product. I am finding another charge for $99.95 on 12/12/13 and today a jar of the RVTL arrived in my mail box. The address says CA, but there was a US Bank charge for foreign bank processing fee for a total of $3.94. I did not authorize, nor was I aware of additional product being sent.
I have two full jars of this product, and I will return them at their expense, if necessary. This is a scam. Sign up for a sample, and suddenly you receive product, every month? Please help . Have US Bank Fraud application, also.
