I checked my bank statement on 13 December 2013 and found a charge for $29.95 on my bank account. I do not have any recall of requesting anything from this company. Now I understand that $29.95 appears to be an ongoing monthly charge appearing on bank statements. The only telephone number I have for them from my bank statement appears to be 800-769-8083. How can I get this cancelled out and the money restored to my account? I am suffering a financial problem and cannot afford this type of scam.
