I signed up for a free credit score and they take a dollar out to verify your card. So I did the trail for 7 days and I decided to keep the services at a reduced price for 9.95 it was 25.00 per month. As soon as the seven days were up they charged 9.95 so after that I decided we didn't need anymore bills even at a low cost I can't afford this just to check credit so I called to cancel. I called and cancelled, now cancelled for a month they decide to take another 9.95 out of my account without my consent. So I called to talk with "thinkcreditreports" and they told me I didn't cancel, then she asks me very rude if I have my confirmation number for canceling, it's been a month of course I don't have a confirmation number. She says well if you don't have it I can't confirm so now I have a new number and she rudely says ok I just gave you your money back and sarcastically says have a nice day. I'm very upset I hope they don't take more money out or I'll have to change my card number. Never sign up with these people!
