I was sold the 4 of the 1600 watt packages 24 volt system around $8500.00 with shipping fees out of the country. The units arrived without the charge controller and I had to pay an additional $250+ to get the charge controller shipped overnight. The salesman promised it would work well in my area. Looking back he did not know my area so they tell that to everyone. The turbine requires at least a 10mph wind to start up and needs a steady breeze around 25mph to produce only minor amounts of electricity. The unit is a total disappointment. When I called to understand what was wrong, I was told to send back the PMA and upgrade it to a 48volt system. They would only send me a new PMA once they receive the old one back. I am very unhappy with this after having already spent near $8500 on this system and feel their products are way overrated and this is a scam outfit. The customer service is very poor and unhelpful and after calling several times they started getting rude and hanging up on me and called me crazy!
The Missouri wind outfit is a SCAM, A BIG SCAM
