Charge my visa 2 times for the products I ordered. When my order arrived, only half of the items were delivered.
Charge my visa 2 times for the products I ordered. When my order arrived, only half of the items where delivered. So essentially I was charge 4x too much. I was charged $2550 for a $580 wind turbine. I emailed and phoned *****, *****, ***** and all said they would correct the problem, but never did. They said they would express me the items that "our guys in shipping sent to a different customer". After some time I emailed back asking where are my items. Molly replied saying: "It seems we charged back your Visa so why would we send you anything?" They then lied(I have proof in email) that they have never 'charged back my visa' and never did anything at all. I have send back the original package, as Visa instructed me to do, so they will have to reimburse my Visa for all funds. But Either way I am out $220 for shipping back and forth. They take a week to answer an email and they put down their competition. I would suggest that anyone looking for alternative power stay well clear of these folks!!!! FRUAD / SCAM
