Complaint: the wind turbine products he sold me were advertised at 1600 watts but only put out 150 watts max.
between 6/23/2011 and 11/10/2011 i purchased $4899.44 worth of products from Missouri wind and solar including 2 raider 1600 watt 24 volt 3 phase turbines.after building a tower and much work installing them i was seeing very little wattage.after calling them they said i need more wind or blades so i bought a 13 blade hub and more blades.still was not seeing any wattage. after many phone calls i removed 1 of the pmas and hooked it up to a gasoline engine.the outcome was only 150 watts. calling them back again they said to send the pma back so i did.***** an employee called me back and said that the pma was a good strong pma putting out 6 amps. thats only 150 watts.I told them that and they better send me a pma that puts out 1600 watts like advertised.they did send me a new pma so before i mounted it i hooked it up to the engine again and tested it. this time i got 9 amps.225 watts max.so I made a movie on youtube.called them up and told them to look at the movie and tell me whats wrong.after that Jeff Harmon the owner of the company called me and said i better take the movie of youtube or he will sue me for blackmail.the sales people i delt with were ********** ,************ and *****.I paid for all with my credit card.VIsa.there are much more details in my videos on youtube.***** .user name ***********.since the phone call from **** they wiil no longer take my calls,call me back or return emails.

Mr. ****** has not installed the wind turbines accrding to the manual. He has them mounted on the back side of his home and they will never work in that location.There is to much turbulance from the home blocking any wind.He is also surrounded by very high trees which also block the wind. No wind turbine will work in this location attached to his house. His Youtube videos show the bad location.
He has no exspertise in the wind turbine area at all nor can he determine any output. Our products work and will perform if installed properly and in the right location. Mr ****** has 2 wind turbines side by side and one will cancel the other out.He will not follow our techs advice, instead he has made negative Youtube videos bashing our company and using them for blackmail as far as were concerned.Eveyone here has always been helpful and curtious to Mr. ******.
Mr. ****** has also requested some FREE solar panels to forget the complaint and remove the videos.
We stand behind all of our products.
Making negative videos and calling the company crooks is some sort of new thing that customers are doing to all companies to get there way or else! You cannot exspect a company to give you service if your blackmailing them with videos that you do not intend on removing even after the problem is resolved.
We would be glad to work with Mr. ****** if the Youtube videos are removed, not made private.

I have had installed all turbines correctly, there is NO manual! The turbines are NOT mounted on my home, but on my garage! Most important, I hooked them up to a gas motor to figure out the output of the turbine pmas. That showed that instead of the advertised 1600 watts I got only 150 watts on one and the replacement pma (sent by mws) showed only 225 watts. Clearly, that proofs it has nothing to do with the location or mounting!***** from mws tested the firt pma and said it was a powerful pma that put out 6amps thats what I got 25 x 6 = 150 watts.
I am not blackmailing anybody. I put up the first video only to show mws what the problem is, since everytime I called, no one was capable to help me with anything and I was send to the next person who could also not solve the problem. BUT, I have figured out the problem. The problem is, *********** at mws buys cheap chinese made pmas off ebay and says they are American made. Further he does false advertisement and says they put out 1600 watts.After putting up my videos on utube I have found many many other people with the same problem.
Now I have replcaced the turbines, pma, circuit breakers, charge controller and had to rent an airel lift at a cost of approxemately $2,000.-.The new Thermodyne turbines are working perfectly in the same location mounted the same.they spin in very little wind and put out watts.
I think the movies should stay on youtube until mws stops falsely advertising the output of his turbines,bashing his competition,takes care of his unsatisfied customers and removes his videos that lie about his products. ************
