I paid 42.85 on Oct 6, 2013 and the payment was posted to my online JustCloud account on Oct. 8 2013. Then I begin to receive messages last week that my account had expired. I called today to find out that the company dropped my account. No explanation, no notification. The representative was hard to understand when I called. He made up many stories BUT kept saying my account no longer existed so he could not be sure.
Many things he said were definitely not true but here is the gist:
1. My card was denied-not true I have a screen shot of the approved card transaction
2. Someone had challenged the charge to the card also not true.
3. Then after one hour and twenty minutes he finally said the 42.85 was put back to my card.
I am shocked until I read these other reports.
