I applied for a HARP loan. I called several times to speak with a loan processor who did not returns my calls. I later found out that the person was no longer employed there and that my loan was processed and I would receive paperwork in the mail within a month. Two months have passed and when I call I get a message that the phones are not working; the website is down as well.
