I received a postcard saying I am qualified to apply the HARP program since I am low income and my current load lender refused to refinance my high 6.35% rate to lower. I paid up front $3300 to them and that is my all my saving left. After day by day, month by month trying to contact them but always answering company took my name, phone #. No one called me back for status of my case. Right now, I believed it's a scam and they take poor people's money and leave us even worse situation.
