I did receive offer for job, to fill application, I see the application form is somehow wrong.There you can't see, but the sill of the document is on blank page, over which it is the address of the company in New Yourk. Do I have to belive in this application form and company?

This Application Form shall be considered as a Training Course Agreement between Applicant and FLQ Tech Electronics INC (hereinafter is referred to below as “Company”) "we", "our" or "us" as appropriate.

This Agreement describes rights and responsibilities for both Parties in the context of providing services for the following training course:

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TRAINING COURSE AGREEMENT:

1.Applicant agrees to:
1.1. Follow the provisions of the present Agreement.
1.2. Provide and confirm the following data:
1.2.1. Legal status of residence in the country;
1.2.2. Bank account valid for accepting payments from company side for the job and money for the training courses;
1.2.3. Telephone number available to be contacted by the Training Manager.
1.3. Devote 2-3 business hours per day of free time to be spent for training courses.
1.4. Receive money on his/her account for the following purposes: salary, money for the training, payment for taxes and fees to Employee from Company.
2.Company agrees to:
2.1. Follow all the provisions of the Agreement.
2.2. The training period wage shall amount £300.00 for 10 training days, £30.00 for each training day.
2.3. Compensate all the expenses to the Applicant regards to the training course.
2.4. To provide Employee with all company benefits during the training period.
2.5. To advise Employee on all questions related to cooperation during the duration period of the Agreement as stipulated herein.
3.The Parties bear responsibility
for non-performance or inadequate performance of their liabilities in the context of the present Agreement in accordance with the governing law of the UK and with respect of the provisions of the present Agreement. Each party agrees to conduct its business and regulate its habits so as to maintain and to increase the good will and reputation of itself and the other party.
4.Each party agrees to
hold the other harmless and to pay all costs and fees, including reasonable attorney’s fees, in the event one party is required to respond to damages by reason of any misrepresentation, unauthorized promise, statement, or act made during the course of this agreement with any said party or any other action pursuant to the responsibilities under this agreement.
5.The one party shall have no authority to sign on behalf of the other party any contract or other instrument except such as is authorized in writing. One party shall have no authority to bind the other party by any promises or representations, unless the same shall have been previously and specifically authorized in writing by the other for a specified transaction. One party shall not be liable for the acts of the other party in the performance of the party's duties, except for acts caused directly by the party.
