Hi,

I need your help in getting a refund from Merrywood Loans company. They took a fee of £69.95 from my account. I have requested a refund on 23/09/2013, and was told (via email) this would take 7 working days. After this time I had not received my refund, therefore I spoke to them via phone and was told that my refund was in the queue and would be done in the next few days. It has now been a full 30 days. I have contacted Merrywood loans on 4 separate occasions by phone and email and I keep getting told my refund is in a queue and will be done in a few days. I have spoken to someone called Danielle, they are very rude and just keep fobbing me off. The customer service is non existent, and they just keep repeating the same thing and fobbing me off. They do not listen to what i have to say and just over talk me and are very rude.

In their terms and conditions it states that refunds are done within 7 working days but could take upto 30 days. Now after 30 days I am still being told it is in a queue. They way I have been dealt with has been horrendous and I cannot believe the way they are treating me. There is no respect or dignity in they conduct business. This is causing so much pain and distress to me and I need help. The way they are dealing with me and they way they talk to me is unacceptable.
