I recently lost two Adobe Photoshop and Premiere programs off my computer that was
struck by lighting. I paid a lot of money for these and was on the Adobe Website and THOUGHT I WAS CHATTING WITH ADOBE. Kellin informed me after I explained to him wanting to get my programs back and that I had serial numbers to verify the order. Kellin assured me he could help me and by viewing my computer through his website that my APPLE MAC computer was not performing right and that he could clean it up and stop virus from hitting it. Everyone knows that Macs do not get a virus, but he said
this program would keep it from ever getting a virus and no charge to update.
Kellin who told me my computer was acting up and that he could fix that and get my programs back..he said it would be $179 to get everything done…and then said I neede$21 more to get another program that it fixed my machine for the future.. He then transferred me to Zack a tech who for the next 4 hours downloaded on my computer two freeware programs, Onyx and Sohio that scanned my computer and did nothing..Zack called me and told me it was ready to go (I had monitored this all along). I asked Zack “What about the Adobe programs, he paused and said “OK” give me a minute. Watching the monitor he went to Adobe’s site and tried to download the “TRIAL” program and after several attempts said he would have to do it later that Adobe would charge for their support…I immediately asked…”you mean, your not with Adobe ..?” . He informed me that they were a third party and I called Kellin to which he said “ let me check on this and see why you haven’t got the Adobe programs loaded. I was transferred to another Tech and said I wanted extension 1036 Kellin’s and I received a message “ the 1036 extension is not available at this time”. I then went back on line to Adobe and chatted with them finding out that Fast PC Solutions IS NOT AND NEVER HAS BEEN A PART OF ADOBE. I then explained my situation and was informed that my version of my two lost programs WERE NOT AVAILABLE TO DOWNLOAD ON-LINE,NOR WOULD BE ABLE TO SHIP THE DISC. So I wasted an entire afternoon, thinking I was talking with someone from Adobe that could resolve my missing programs and was charged $200 to my credit card. I called Bank of America and immediately told them of this “fast talking Kellin” scam and they stopped payment and issued a case against them. I am filing a complaint with BBB and suggest that somehow Adobe fix their web site so that it is not confusing for someone to contact them.
They did not do what they said they would and falsey tried to deceive me by fast talking process and loading two “freeware” programs that did absolutely nothing to help my computer as promised. I have never been fast talked or told a bunch of lies as Fast PC Solutions has done in 68 years.
