My Husband Passed away on July15,2011 Since that timeI have had to do our Bills. I noted on September 13,2011 and again on this months bill October 13,2011.Charges in the amount of $14.95 each time I phoned them today to remove these charges since we never ordered them in the first place I do not use any of the services that they provide.Then I was told that I had 1,400 dollars in rewards? from wha I dont know.I spoke to them this evening and found out the reward points are available on their website,verysmall amouts of" money"is deducted from charges that were advertised. this is not a proper way to do business.my name Is Astrid B. Wilhelm my phone # (Personal Information Removed).please contact me ASAP,this is really taking advantage of older people and it is a good thing I checked the bills carefully. thank you in advance
