After signing an Author agreement with this company, in April/2010, when living in Victoria, BC, Canada, although I finally got my agreed upon 60 books, they failed to properly distribute my novelette at the aforementioned outlets across USA-Canada, never placed a promised 1/4 page promotional AD(to which I prepaid an extra $4000.00 US) in the New York Times, and because of someone in their company released my sensitive personal ID (Canadian social security number, in order to collect potential royalties), I eventually had to declare bankruptcy, (unauthorized credit card usage, bank cash advances) via a Victoria-based lawyer, in Sept/2010. But, because they know out-of-USA clients will most likely need to hire an international lawyer to resolve their real disputes with this predatory US-based company, they continue to rip-off writers.

No real evidence comp. released sensitive private info, ( no one else had it before); credit card scam began in Chicago. when using a credit card (flagged), in a Canadian comp; never been flagged on credit cards; happened in state near Indiana.
