I ordered the premium package and had the worst treatment ever. I was guarenteed advertisement, I never recieved. I was guarenteed posters, that were never recieved. I was guarenteed media coverage of my book I never recieved. Had to fight to get my manuscript edited, and it was still not completely correct. They would never return my phone calls, nor my e-mails to them, and I was once laughed at over the phone by one of the receptionists over my concern about my book being distributed. There are so many things they promised and just did not want to do anything once they had gotten my money, it was as if I was no longer a concern. There are so many things that they did wrong it is difficult to list them all. I even had to edit and correct my own book, which was suppose to be part of the package I paid for, and most of the words, that were english, they knew not the definition of and I had to explain to them what the words meant, it was if they hadn't a dictionary. This was my first time publishing, and it was so disheartening, and continues to be, I have decided not to complete the continuation of my series of five more books.
