A woman by the name of Annie (Employee ID -50015, Extension ID 547) called and told me they were working for Microsoft security, and they discovered that my computer had been hack into by someone and the importance of fixing the problems and that their tecks could fix it. There would be a onetime charge of $80 dollars. They took control of my computer and were on it about two hours then the teck named Steve Smith told me that I owed them $180.00. When I disputed the 180 and stated I was told it would cost 80 they said I did not hear correctly and that they stated it would cost between 80 to 200. They said I could call back the customer service number at 1-855-677-5556 if I had any further problems.
