International boundaries
Having paid for some remote computor software I was approached by kbk infotech and informed that I was entitled to a refund of £151 plus £50,due to company problems. This payment to be made through Western Union because of currency changes. Rather than crediting my account Western Union paid to a Raj Kumar the ammount of £203 and debited my Visa card by £209.
WesternUnion have closed acc. But will do no more, somebody help.
