I STARTED WITH JUSTCLOUD WHEN IT FIRST BEGAN AND THEY OFFERED ME UNLIMITED SPACE FOR CONTROL OF MY CREDIT CARD.
TWO DAYS AGO I GOT A LETTER FROM THEIR "LEGAL DEPARTMENT" STATING I HAD TOO MUCH STORAGE AND SHOULD GET A "BUSINESS ACCOUNT" OR THEY WERE GOING TO DELETE ALL MY FILES.
I WROTE BACK TELLING THEM I WOULD SUE THEM FOR THAT - BUT WANTED TO SPEAK TO THEM ABOUT THIS AND GAVE THEM MY PRIVATE NUMBER. I AM A PAINTER AND MY FILES ARE LARGE - I THINK THERE IS ABOUT 1.3 TB ON THE SERVER WHEN I GOT THIS MESSAGE. IT HAD BEEN THERE FOR A LONG TIME WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINTS.
I TOLD THEM THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY ME FOR MY TIME TO DOWNLOAD ALL THESE FILES - SO, WHAT DID THEY DO - THEY ERASED THEM!!!! NOT IN 30 DAYS - BUT IN ONE OR TWO DAYS!!!!
THESE SCAM ARTISTS ARE HIDING AS WELL - THEY HAVE COVERED LISTINGS OF THEIR OWNERS AS WELL AS LOCATIONS.
DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN - DOWLOAD YOUR FILES AND GO SOMEWHERE. THESE PEOPLE SEEM TO BE CRIMINALS TO ME.
