I went online to submit a change of address form through the USPS website. This website advertises to be USPS official website and says that a one time charge of $1.00 will be deducted from a credit card. However, I was charged $19.95 TWICE on 7/8/13 from my debit card. The phone number listing on my bank statement (937)654-9093 immediately goes to a voicemail saying that the mailbox is full. I will be placing a complaint and disputing the charge with my bank's assistance until I receive a full refund minus the $1.00 I should have been charged for the service I was offered.
