I ordered the AuraVie set for $4.95 then I was charged a few weeks later for another $97.88 meanwhile I never received the package. I've called many times to ask what I have to do in order to get my money back because it has been about 2 months now and I'm being told I will not get my money back and no refund policy exists the best they can do is refund half of my money. I told them that is unacceptable I want all of my money back & I'm not paying for a product I never received. I was told they have a confirmation of delivery but when I told them I never signed for the package they stated there is no signature required, which I then explained then you have no confirmation. The woman I spoke with at the customer service number does not know the meaning of customer service, she was extremely rude unprofessional and unhelpful.
