I thought I was on the USPS website to change my address. I was actually on Change My Address. They charged me $59.95. When I called to ask what the charge was for I was told it was for changing my address and also putting me on a do not call list, changing my utilities and blocking junk mail. They did not do all that and they were not asked to do all that. They did change my charge to $9.95.
