- This person called my office and made death threats. I had to notify law enforcement about his conduct. His name is Dennis Mayer phone #312-834-1775 He makes things up about attorneys so he can steal their clients! He has no license to practice law. Anyone who takes what he says seriously is in for a bad time. He is the criminal!
