Scam! Fraud, I can not imagine this is real law firm. They will not be for long as the damages that have come from her inability to state a claim in court, lack of appearances in court, lack of timeliness, ability to forge, and inability to answer what is going on with my case? Her response, totally predictable, will be something like, "I don't think I like your tone..." or "I cant believe this is how you are treating me after all I have done for you... and I am doing it for free..." and ummm your response should be similar to mine... "define free because I have paid you $6k six months ago and despite my decent income didnt get a modification, and my house got sold at foreclosure auction and you said you stopped it. So let's discuss your version of FREE". She has destroyed my trust in humanity. Her and her associates have done. PLEASE understand the ONLY reason you are not finding a ton of complaints yet is because when she is done, her clients have NOTHING to go on with. They have likely killed themselves, or have decided to block it out in order to move forward as she will tell you all kinds of stuff that the court agreed to and... ALL LIES, and your house has been foreclosed on and the sheriff is at your door and you don't know what is going on. Im also going to file anonymous. As I have found out some stuff about her and her tactics. Another thing, her stating the last guy filed anonymous and she cant respond... That was more fact and more argument than she ever gave in my case. And my case, is HUGE, I am with a new attorney now. She is in trouble, if you are reading this close to when I posted it, check back... She is done. I doubt she will be allowed to practice law. She may not even be free to respond. It is that serious. Call your Attorney General, go to your local bar for a referral. If they have to advertise... Good grief, be careful, we got scammed and taken by these types of attorneys, accountants, etc... THEY LIE, all of them. Look at the State of California Attorney General statement about loan modication companies. It is practically RICO he says. Huge abuse issues and almost all are scams. And dont give them your money.

The dollar amount is wrong, as there is nothing to measure what she has cost me and my family. Let alone financial loss.
