Slimy "re-fi" "re-mod" loan law group. Took our $$$, didn't do any work. Filed a fradulent document in bankruptcy court that ended up in me almost losing my home, I had to hire a 2nd laywer to get me out of thier mess. Now of course, they don't return any phone calls. The customer service rep "Jeff" said, oh of course you will get hyour moeny back if you aren't happy. But, no $$ back and I'm out the $2,000.00 I had to pay to the 2nd attorney to help me.

- Because this complaint is "anonymous" it is impossible to verify that this person was ever a client. I joined just to respond to this complaint. Amazing that this person never called me. I am Leslie Richards!

- Ms. Richards is currently being sued in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Georgia/ Augusta Div. Chap. 13 case No.: 12-11550-SDB by debtor/client William W. Carney & Janice M. Carney to wit: Carney paid atty Richards a sum totaling $3897.00 in order to retain legal services upon which Carney relied in order to obtain a loan modification which has apparently failed to materialize etc.

- Someone must have nothing to do but think about me. I have hired the best attorney in the Augusta Division Chapter 13 to represent me. The truth is that no one expected me to go to the expense of hiring an attorney in Georgia but I take these things seriously. The Carneys did not lose their home because of wrong doing by my office. That is all I have to say about this except whoever posted it needs to get a life!

I am very shocked that a professional attorney licensed by the California State Bar (#94672) would respond and speak to her client in such manner.
We have been doing research to hire and Attorney to help us and we felt your company had great potential, but after seeing all the bad reports by your past client on the web I refuse to hire such a firm. -
