International boundaries
AngiesList has ads on TV that state that businesses cannot pay for ratings on AngiesList, however AngiesList does sell or charge businesses for better placement on AngiesList. In other words the more a business pays to AngieList the better placement that business will have in a market or category. This is not made visible on Angieslist unless you have a business profile on AngiesList. But this can be confirmed by anyone with a business profile by clicking on the "List Advertising" tab on their business profile dashboard.
